About us

We're building software for teams that need a clearer way to run project portfolios from one workspace.
Amsterdam canal houses with traditional Dutch architecture along a tree-lined waterway

After years of managing projects across agencies, software teams, and game studios, one problem kept coming up.

When you are running several projects at once, nobody has a clear picture of how all of them are doing. Budget numbers live in one spreadsheet, who is working on what is in another, and whether something is about to go wrong exists only in someone's head. You find out a project is in trouble when it is already too late to do much about it.

Vaizy is the tool I built to fix that. One place where you can see the budget, the team, the schedule, and the risks for every project you are running. And an AI you can ask questions, using your own data, without sending anything outside of Europe.

Vaizy is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Our Values

Our Values

Clarity over noise

We design for faster understanding, fewer reporting loops, and decisions rooted in live data.

Connected by design

Milestones, team data, finances, risks, analytics, and AI context should reinforce each other instead of living in separate tools.

Human accountability

AI should surface signals and context. People should stay in control of what happens next.

Vaizy grew out of years of managing projects across agencies, software teams, and game studios. The same problems kept coming up: no shared view of what was happening across projects, too many tools that didn't talk to each other, and decisions made on stale information. Vaizy is the tool Guy wished existed.
