Wrike is a solid mid-market work management tool, with task tracking, some resource views, and reporting. What it does not have is EVM, and combining several projects into one live financial and risk view still takes manual assembly.

The short version
Cross-project view
Cross-project reporting exists at higher tiers, but combining financial and risk data still takes manual report building.
Vaizy
Select multiple projects and see combined cash flow, shared team load, and risk in one view.
Budget health (EVM)
No built in EVM. Teams that want it track budgets separately and calculate variance by hand.
Vaizy
CPI, SPI, and cost variance calculate automatically from your live milestone and financial data.
Getting started
Folders and projects are usually rebuilt from templates and configured to match Wrike's structure.
Vaizy
Import projects, milestones, team, risks, and budgets from a spreadsheet, with column matching before anything is published.
AI on your data
AI features exist for task generation and summarizing, not grounded in a live cross-project financial model.
Vaizy
Ask questions about your own projects and get answers grounded in your live workspace. Hosted and processed in the EU.
Data residency
US company (Citrix-owned), hosting options vary by plan.
Vaizy
Incorporated and hosted in the European Union. Not subject to the US CLOUD Act.
What Wrike still leaves for you to assemble
Wrike is good at tracking work across teams and giving some resource visibility. What it does not solve is the portfolio-level financial question a portfolio manager actually gets asked.
With Wrike
Seeing cash flow, team load, and risk across every project at once means building a custom report and maintaining it.
With Vaizy
Select the projects you want and see them stacked together automatically, no report to build or maintain.
With Wrike
Tracking CPI or SPI means keeping budget numbers in a separate sheet and calculating variance by hand.
With Vaizy
Budget health metrics calculate automatically from milestones and financials you are already tracking.
With Wrike
A contractor split across two projects gets allocated by hand in resource views, and it is easy to get the split wrong.
With Vaizy
Costs for salaried and contractor time are prorated correctly across project allocations.
With Wrike
Giving a client or junior team member scoped access means configuring folder and project permissions carefully.
With Vaizy
Member accounts get a scoped view of their own work, without access to financials or other people's data.

How pricing compares
Per-seat pricing with published tiers on lower plans, moving to a custom quote for advanced tiers with more governance and reporting.
Vaizy
Vaizy uses transparent, self-serve, per-seat pricing for Manager accounts, published on the pricing page with Essential and Pro tiers billed monthly or annually, plus an Enterprise tier available on request. Team members who need a scoped view get a free Member account, with a limited number included on every Manager tier. Nothing requires a sales call to see the price.
Common questions
Is Vaizy a replacement for Wrike?
For portfolio-level steering, yes. Vaizy is built around a live, connected model of projects, milestones, teams, risks, and budgets, not a general work tracking tool. If your team relies on Wrike for broad cross-team work tracking outside of portfolio delivery, that is outside what Vaizy does.
Can I bring my existing Wrike data into Vaizy?
Yes. Export your folders and projects to Excel or CSV and import projects, milestones, team, risks, and budgets into Vaizy, with column matching and validation before anything is published.
Does Vaizy do everything Wrike does?
No. Wrike is a broad work management platform used across marketing, operations, and creative teams as well as projects. Vaizy is focused specifically on portfolio management: cross-project financials, risk, capacity, and EVM.
Why does EU hosting matter?
Vaizy is incorporated and hosted in the European Union, and is not subject to the US CLOUD Act or any non-European jurisdiction. For teams handling client financial data under GDPR, that is often a requirement, not a preference.
